Our Upper King Family Room offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and style — ideal for families of four. This accommodation is made up of two adjoining Upper King Rooms, originally part of our 4-bedroom house and now thoughtfully transformed into a private, stylish family space, with one room opening onto a private balcony — perfect for getting some rays or enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.

Located on level one above reception at the front of the property, the room features bespoke furnishings, two king-size beds (one can be split), and elegant details throughout. With plenty of room to relax, the Upper King Family Room has all the modern comforts, making it an excellent choice for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Kick back with the Smart TV, NBN Wifi and air-conditoning or venture downstairs to enjoy a cocktail in The Bower Bar before heading out to explore what Byron has to offer.

Styled with hand-selected vintage and contemporary collections, one-off artworks and are finished with the finest french linen and luxury products by Hunter and Kevin Murphy.

Note: All Upper King Rooms are located at the front of the property (some road noise) and are up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator
